SINGAPORE – On the official launch day of Avenue South Residence, UOL Group successfully sold 276 out of 300 released units. The anticipated condominium translates to 26% of the total 1,076 units in the residential development project, jointly developed by UOL Group, Kheng Leong Co and UIC.
Most of the buyers were Singaporeans with a good mixture of investment and own-stay purpose according to Jesline Goh, chief investment and asset officer of UOL Group. The most selling units were the one and two bedroom units which were low quantum entry price while the three and four bedroom were popular too for families.
Buyers were attracted by the potential growth in the nearby vicinity with the future Great Southern Waterfront transformation as an added value of the area. The average pricing for the Heritage Collection are about $1,780 per square foot, Horizon Collection are at $1,980 per square foot, and the Peak Collection has prices from $2,250 per square foot.
After seeing a great take up rate in sale, developer is planning to releasing another 200 units on September 8. These units include Peak Collection from 37th to the top floors of the twin towers. Most of the units come with excellent view of south-facing towards waterfront views.
